For what reason Dark Illusion(GX skill) is impossible to use on WOE maps? Seeing that Sura can freely use Snap and Shadow Chaser can use Flying Kick. So, why Dark Illusion is not possible to be used?

because those skills were specifically enabled, most "free" movement skils are disabled by default

The reason why it was originally disabled before the balance patch was because if DI procced Cross Impact, the player wouldn't snap to the target. Basically causing a long range CI.

Dark Illusion was supposed to be enabled in WoE back during the 2011 balance patch, but never was. It's been enabled on kRO ever since that patch.
The reason why it was originally disabled before the balance patch was because if DI procced Cross Impact, the player wouldn't snap to the target. Basically causing a long range CI.
So it was disabled because of a bug and didn't fix it yet, like most part of the bugs. lol

there is a lot of sura and sc using cheat programs on woe and this moviments skills help them a lot. And I can't use my get-closer skill that have 1,5 delay seconds.

Probably their most sound argument would be GX is already the god of PvM, GX shouldnt be an average/good killer in WoE. Thought, even with DL enabled, I doubt if GX would still be a meta in healthy WoE.
If you noticed and read about Devil's hand OCP item, it got nerf'ed/fixed or whatever badly and now most Suras dont find it appealing at all. Otherwise, it would greatly buff Sura and like DL's case, Sura is already a god of WoE, Sura should not be an good killer in PvM lol

GX is actually really good in WoE ever since bio5 came out. Don't know why no one plays it seriously.

I think GX is good on WOE now, but I can't see a reason to DI be desable as long as Snap and Flying Kick can be used. DI won't make GX gods on woe, but will help a lot for a assassin have get-closer skill.

GX is probably good in WoE PvP indeed. They wont die randomly to AoEs now

so.. it's not so good in woe, why should DI be desabled? Flying Kick is like the same skill(without CI and Delay) and is enabled.. Snap is much more op for do not need a target and is enabled. racist lol

I believe Campitor at one point said he was going to allow things like Pinpoint attack, Charge and etc to be enabled but then that just went MIA like most of things he says.
