What to do with the garbage vicious weapons? 

 

Is there any form of converting it into something? like EMB etc.....?

You could try making a thread with this proposal in Proposal/Suggestion section. Its a nice idea tbh.

I attempt to refine to +8 on my Mechanic then talk to Eat Gear in Eden to exchange for the Safe to 7 Weapon Certificates. It's not the best plan as most just break since they are level 4 weapons but I like the gamble of refining over getting 10z.
