Does spotlight increases BBs exp rewards?
By the way, what's exactly the effect of spotlight on monsters? Does it x3 monsters' "natural" exp and 2x its amount on maps?

Does not work on BB, but does work with battle manual and xp costume/card/gear; it is 2x their base amount.

doubles their exp and drop table. It acts directly into the monster "chart" wich BBs dont use for giving out exp, they give a pre defined amount based on some things involving that monster.
