Hello,

 

I have been trying to send in a ticket about a player harassing me and telling me to kill myself. This event took place June 23rd, and I've tried close to 20 times to send this ticket through. However, every time I attempt to send the ticket, there is constantly a warpportal error screen. I have tried sending the ticket with under 2000 words, with no screenshots, with screenshots, with resized screenshots, and just about everything under the sun.

 

I've tried on different browsers, and looked at all the possible fixes for this error. I am still unable to send this ticket in.

 

Please advise.

Hello there,

 

To assist with the error, try the following in order.

• Try the usual Power UP error guidelines here.
• Send a ticket with or without logging into a support account. You may refer to how to send a ticket guide for support account registration [link].
• Ensure the ticket content/attachment are not too big. Some users were able to send a ticket when limiting their ticket content to 200 letters or less
