If you may have noticed, reports [link] came in that users connecting from said regions are having issues logging into servers.

Note that the staff are aware of the issue.

 

I am hoping that we hear further clarification on this later today as I posted that here as well.

For the time being, I'd kindly ask you to be patient and understanding, it is still too early in the morning to get a proper follow up.

I play in IRO 5 years ,

cant believe you do that block Taiwan,HongKong,Macau player .

we never back to TWRO Sever if we cant play in iro.

I personally came from TWRO

 

I certainly hope that you can unlock the IP

 

Because I have a good time at IRO

 

we also spent WP points and also bought VIP.

 

It is absolutely impossible for us to go back to TWRO.

Why I choose iRO ?

 

Because too many systems in TWRO are very bad to player!! Even my English is poor , I will still choose iRO.

It would have been really nice if we'd gotten a heads-up instead of taking us by surprise -- that's just plain unethical.

 

I certainly hope it isn't a permanent thing or at least, give us an official statement regarding the "restriction" ASAP.
