ok so first let me point out that i do not use steam so this isnt a steam issue at all 
i have also tried to do this on explorer, chrome, and firefox

 

so here is my problem when i click the name to transfer wp to kp the box doesnt pop up on the account i wanna put it on (i want to buy vip on it)
 

 

but on my other accounts this works fine
 

 

any idea how to fix??

Hello,

 

Is there any option at all when you choose the game ID for payment? If the area is empty then the account may have been created through Steam, I don't know if Facebook accounts are the same.

You can take a screenshot of the issue and share it here, but do remember to omit your personal info/account ID/name, etc.

again the issue is i dont use steam at all i never have its not even on my computer and yes i can switch between the accounts on the sidebar its just the box that lets you choose how much to convert does not show up

Please contact the Payment team through a support ticket to look into the account, as mentioned above, I only know the case of Steam registered accounts that would behave like that
