I was doing the sign quest. I'm stuck at Part 5(Proving yourself). At step 6, when I clicked on the Mysterious Environment at "big 5 o'clock" location I got the success message for getting "piece of spirit" but the system message said I was at overweight while my weight was in safe limit.

 

I thought It's ok and kept finding another sport for "piece of spirit". I got 2 pieces of spirits and when I talk to the Mysterious Environment at "very small 11 o'clock" location. I got the message "Upon..."  and I got nothing. I watched a video on youtube, they got the same message like me and the Spiritual Whispers.

 

I thought maybe I missed the first "piece of spirit" so I couldn't get the last one for Spiritual Whispers. Am I getting bug game or that is my mistake?.

 

Please help me Thanks!

 

P/s: I have sent a ticket to warpportal but I couldn't get any response, I tried to make new ticket and send again but the system said: "Something went wrong...". So I hope I can get any help from everyone here.

@Senior Warpportal VM: Yes I have sent a ticket to Warpportal but I forgot to get the ticket number. I tried to login to Warpportal and find my ticket but I couldn't find "View Tickets" option. 

 

I have sent another ticket to Warpportal. Here is my new ticket number: [Porings]. Please help me Thanks!
