Hello WP, i got this error after relogging my account. 


I'm not too sure if this is a ban or an error. please either reply to my post or in a private message. thank you.

Please contact the GM staff by sending in a support ticket, discussing accounts status on forums is not possible.

How to start with the ticket, see below.

• Go to Warpportal Support page [here].
• Click on Submit a Ticket.
• Choose Ragnarok Online from Department.
• Click Next.
• Choose Account Recovery as type of ticket.
• Add the other important information as required.
• Make sure to enter a valid email to get ticket updates.
• In the Message Body make sure to state the ID of the account with issue and the error message (screenshot of the error preferred).
• Add any other information you find necessary.
• Send the ticket.

The ticket will enter a queue, first come first serve. It might take time for your plea to get a response so please be patient.

Apparently you're baned. I know couple of friends that got baned too and they just had to sent a ticket to know why or how to proceed.
