i has tried múltiple times and still they don't move or erace it from the rooster

If you are leader or have kick power should just need to right click>expel>enter a reason and hit ok

i tried but nothing happen, she still there and im still gm but nothing happen when i kick that person out

Did you try to relog or/and change the map zone?

i did go out and back (i do mostly to change character too for needy use hehe)

mostly i was going to ask if i need go a especial place to can expelle somebody or what

 

i need make a ticket for that?

 

(im going to do that again the change map to see if that happen now or still cant after dong a stupid quest who i need to do a stupid dance for get a stupid key to gefenia...)

At some point we had an issue with that, supposedly zone related but cannot confirm. You would need to go to another map/zone, such as Eden group. If that did not help then you would want to ticket in.

Can't do it in guild castles to prevent abuses during woe/etc, maybe you are trying on a map that is somehow paired into a group that blocks it
