I was hunting some parus in hazy forest today then i quit out while i was still in the map. Started RO again and traveled back to hazy forest, only to be denied entry. I would be given the enter option but when i ckick ok nothing happens.

Hazy Forest is an instance, so leaving the area will have destroyed the instance and you will need to wait until the cooldown is available again.
According to iROWiki the instance has a 1.5hour cool down period.
