I think WP already answer this question many times, different formula making this hat cant be use on IRO because it is using a formula used in JRO if im not wrong .. so i think this gonna takes a longg time

Exactly what day/date will the mesmerist be unlock for stat/skill reset?

I tried it on the 26th but it still did'nt work, be it at 2000 weight or 0 weight.
