you can go straight to royal guard as long as you're 99/50. although it isnt advisable because you'll lose some stat points for not being trans. and a couple of skills at that.

you'll lose a good chunk on hp/sp, some stat points, extra 20 skill points(wich are very welcome for crusader/paladin skills) and access to some other skills/gear. It's advisable to never skip transcending a character, even if the re-leveling might sound bad.

No you cant. Skipping Paladin is so game-changing (in a bad way) that planning to go straight to RG from Crusader is forbidden. So ... nope, there is no way you can become a RG via Crusader :3
