I dont know what happening in the Supports but recently i submitted ticket to change some items but before we finally close my issue some error comes out "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported" .

 

So again i submitted ticket regarding "Error in Replying Ticket" mentioning my previous ticket and again and again again before it was close error came out "Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported". So, at the moment i have 2 tickets, which is not close but web closed it since i cant reply on it because of the error.

 

Hope you can check what Happening in sending/replying ticket.

There were some issues that were reported over this past weekend with the Support page that have now been resolved. Please try to reply to your ticket again and if you experience the same issue please let me know via PM so I can assist.
