When is the cross server woe siege time? when i click the battle icon, it only says Woe is currently underway??

Cross server Woe is the 1st and 15th of each month, or 2nd and 16th of each month at 7pm server time.
its just a glitch that happens sometimes ive seen it light up like we could go on a day other than allowed.

No Cross server Woe on any server for the first of month....Bug from when they took out Tropical Paradise.

And obviously we all expect some kind of compensation because I was desperately waiting xserver woe for grade 7 combis..
