is learned, reduce
Skill delay by 30%

 

It's skill delay, not variable casting for the arms cannon part

If user learned Mandragora Howl level 5, reduces fixed casting time by 70%

 

Can we clarify if its Mandragora's Howl skill specific FCT or all skills FCT by 70%?
Description in Sakray says Mandragora Howl, but its working as all skill FCT.

The eye of illusion is works as instead if you learn skill targeted , you will get reduce fix cast time on all skill 70% (which only Gene can learn this skill and benefited from it ), it is original from JRO effect ,

Dun mess up with Valk Drop/Devil‘s Hand ,

When equipped with Mastersmith Stone (Top), has a 2% chance to restore 1% of damage as SP when dealing physical damage.
When equipped with Mastersmith Stone (Middle), reduces Axe Tornado cooldown by 1 second.

God I don't wanna post here, but need to state the obvious with GOH since I guess all the other times the community talked about it, complained about it etc was left at the door.

 

The item does reduce GoH, but only the ATK portion. The skill is broken in that a big bulk of it's damage comes from HP and is only reducible by Ghostring, Energy Coat and Stoop to name a few.

 

People have complained about having this skill reduced properly by other items much like how Dragon Breath was, but it doesn't.

 

There is no fix, neither kRO or jRO have this formula reducing fully, which is a shame but it is what it is.

 

We knew that already..

 

How did you know that it only reduces GOH's attack part? when it's not even reducing anything even at full HP?..

 

Please provide some evidence about your claim, maybe it can help us all if you can go to JRO and ask and have them test the item themselves and also provide some screenshots.

Where is the reduction you are talking about?.. xD and according to the test made by CAMP it reduced the final damage of ARROW STORM BY 40% it should do the same with GOH since it was a clear script..

I would say that I can't see what the Sura is wearing, but it is irrelevant since I already tested this item when it first came out. It is working as it should, as not so great as that may sound.

 

My evidence is backed by my own knowledge of the game that quite a few here would attest to and the fact that I actually stress tested the item in Sakray, so unless something between Sakray and Chaos happened, it was reducing the ATK portion, it will never touch the HP portion in ANY version because no one has scripted that.

The Sura is wearing +9 Gmace and Gsuit only
 

 

Well if your knowledge is enough then what more of my knowledge in this game as well?..

 

Let's not be biased. I have my test you have yours and what seems to show on my test is that no reduction is present in gamblers seal in terms of gates of hell..

 

Kindly retest the item and give proof not only your own perspective and knowledge. it should be backed up with an evidence that will surely claim the truth...

 

No evidence = No bearing..

 

If you will just understand the script of gamblers seal then it should be enough... reduced damage from GOH and ARROW STORM by 40% with 120 LUK it is common sense to not understand this...

 

 

BTW That Gates of Hell damage is Full HP... Kindly Note of that...

 

Anyways sorry for this post it will end here as i will just wait for Campitors Test and Fixing of this item....

Look i tested again now the sura is bold meaning no equipment

 

only the 8% demi human reduction of gamblers seal and heartcard in mouth combo is working.. and where is the 40% we are talking about?..

 

the sura is full HP now here is my ultimate proof and knowledge in terms of testing.

 

This will destroy your claim that the item does reduce gates of hell damage...

It needs to be reduced as the final damage like what is tested by Campitor in Arrow Storm..

 

Well if you will compute i also equipped the RG with what you called Heart Card in mouth okay? when paired with the Gamblers Seal it will give 8% demi human reduction. you can compute if you wanted to.

 

4288 damage with gamblers seal

4579 without gamblers seal

 

if you will compute the 8% reduction from demi-human yeah it is the one reduced the damage of gates of hell

 

4288 x 0.08 = 343.04 add that to the damage without gamblers seal that is the reduction of the combo and not the 40% I am looking for...

 

so you can see that my math is not wrong and experiments/bug finding/testing is my thing.

 

So please just don't spread your claim that it is working because it is not...
