Can you use Two-Hand Quicken /w Spears and also where to you get better Spears besides the vendor in Einbroch?

1) No, that would be the crusader's spear quicken ability (which works with both 1h and 2h spears).

 

2) NPC sold weapons are pretty terrible, but the Einbroch weapon dealer has basically all of them that are sold by NPCs.

 

The best spears (or any weapon, really) are going to be bought from players (check ragial.com for what's for sale from players) or farmed from monsters (can check db.irowiki.org or divine-pride.net to look up items and what monster drops them). If you are relatively low level (sub 120) then check into the Crimson Spear http://db.irowiki.or...item-info/1443/
