Hi, it's me.

 

I created new account again from fresh, new email and new account. Now it's working, the conversion is showing:

 

 

 

So, something was wrong with the account i made back in 2016 through the steam. I was a bit confused at that time because unable to add my old accounts, i dont even know why my nick name is in weird numbers (2363160214203139327).

 

I'm going buy another WP points through this new account from now on, so can you refund the 1000 WP to my paypal please? or transfer the 1000 wp to this new account (i will pm you the full account detail)?
