i've heard about the free cyl refine and even had one +10'd already too, but im wondering if this applies once per warpportal account or once per person? i only have 2 WP accounts so i'm wondering if i may make the claim with the second?

and also, how exactly does the claim work for the bit not concerning the cyl refine?  when processing the +10 cyl, a GM replied to me via email:

"As stated in the official announcement, players can only choose to either transfer or increase the refinement level of the item. Subsequent request to increase the refinement level of the same item will be denied as it is only eligible for a one-time upgrade."

once per item. if you have 100 +10 cylinders, then you can request it to be refined to +11.

 

i already requested 3 cylinders to be upgraded.

Yes, raise support tickets with your char holder name mentioned in the tickets.

Once per item... I have yet to upgrade mine to request the free upgrade. Good thing hammer is in!

Hello! I have a +7CHB. Is the free +1 upgrade still available? Im thinking of availing it and making +8 CHB. Also, i have an alternative plan to make it +9 using enrich hammer event and make it +10 through the free +1 upgrade. What benefits will i get from +10 though? Please help me decide.

i see no end period for this free refine, so i guess its ongoing. but probably until they "fix" it.

 

+8 = 12 def

+10 = 18 def & the feeling of having a +10 item

just use enriched to +9 and get the free +10 from gm ticket. there's no sense in not doing it consider +10 is harder than +9.

also there are a few cards worthy of throwing into a cyl for leveling use that get extra boost based on refine level, so having a +10 would just give you a bit extra card boost as well.

Make use of Hammer right now and put it on +9 to get freebie to +10. Haha
