Rebellion is a ranged class that utilizes firearm to dispose of their enemy from afar or from up close, their arsenal includes revolver, rifle, gatling gun, shotgun and grenade launcher with each having unique skills that requires specific types of weapon to be equipped. Rebel does not have high HP & SP pool but its compensated by high damage modifier skills Rebel have, such as slug shot that can reach up to 24,000% and the famous round trip, a 13x13 area skills with 2500% damage modifier.
In this guide we are going to focus on agi-crit aspect of Rebel considering Double Attack / Chain Attack can crit now making agi-crit build more relevant than ever. We will be using Gatling as main weapon and pistol as side arm.
Why gatling and not pistol?
Despite the severe mobility reduction from gatling fever, gatling gun can provide much more damage and the mobility reduction isn’t much of a problem when the player already get used to how the skills work. Strategy will be discussed later in the Guide. Keep in mind when using gatling while in Hit barrel give you access to round trip, using revolver give you access to fallen angel and fire dance both have pro and cons.

Here are some Pro and Cons of playing rebel
Pro’s:
- Have a 13x13 aoe skills with knockback making leveling a breeze
- Mobile class (Fallen angel that work like Sura snap)
- Easy to reach 193 ASPD using Hit Barrel + Gatling Fever
- Cheap & affordable gear that can be bought from vending machine
- Variety of elemental bullet
Con’s
- Bullets are heavy mkay
- Bullet price + bullet usage might cause a problem for new player
- Gatling gun sounds like wet tissue being thrown
- Mobility is limited during Gatling Fever duration
- Need high job level to be optimal (Lvl 10 Eternal Chain with gatling)
END GAME BUILD
Primary Stats (by priority): LUK, DEX, AGI, VIT, STR, INT. Main priority is to reach 193 Aspd and 115 above crit to crit lock some MVP.
Note: You might need to adjust your AGI if you are not using Gambler Set, drop some DEX or VIT to get more AGI
STR : 1+ (personal preference)
AGI : 75+ (your main priority is to reach 188 ASPD with gatling just using berserk pot + gatling fever buff and gambler seal alone without VIP buff and AB buff)
VIT : 90 (More HP and PDM dex bonus)
INT : 1
DEX : 110 (Damage)
LUK : 126 (126 for full def bypass from PDM, additional damage and Crit)
Single Action: Only lvl 9 of this skill needed, since from lvl 9 to 10 it only provides additional 2 hit.
Chain Action: Double attack version of Rebel, need revolver to proc.
Gatling Fever: +120 ATK and +20% aspd while active, but makes you move as slow as turtle.
Increase Accuracy : +4AGi and +4Dex, free stats boost for 1 min, why not?
Rich’s Coin: Instantly generate 10 coins to be used for some skills, each coin adds 3 Mastery ATK.
Fallen Angel: Enable you to jump around with revolver, uses 1 coin per jump
Platinum Altar: When used with 10 coins, gives 150ATK and gives Kyrie Elesion (barrier that blocks attack).
Round Trip (RT) : God bless for this skill, 13x13 AoE, high damage modifier and it knocks back enemy. Combined with Platinum altar buff barrier it makes you really hard to kill.
Fire Rain: 5000% damage modifier (twice of RT), AoE of 3x11 (like a carpet). Please keep in mind this skills remove some ground skills such as Pneuma, Safety Wall and others, its highly not recommended in MVP Party to use this skills.
Binding Trap (BT): This skills is like a cheat in iRO, it damages 15% of current enemy HP. Say enemy have 10.000.000 HP, Binding trap will damage 1.500.000 each use and so on, really good to be used on high HP pool MVP such a Faceworm Queen, Fenrir, Etc. This trap also slow enemy whoever stepped into the trap area (BT doesn’t need to be detonated for slow effect to take place).

Shattering Storm: Lvl 5 is required to reduce Hit Barrel cooldown to 60second (combo with Rebel Scarf)
Hit Barrel: Bread and butter of this build, each use consume all coins. Give +16% ATK x coins used, +5 ASPD but your hit dropped by 50 (Crit can’t miss anyway) for 60sec with cooldown of 80. Combined with Rebellion Scarf, it will reduce the cooldown to 60sec enabling us to reload Hit Barrel everytime the buff ran out. Keep in mind switching your weapon will remove the remaining duration of Heat Barrel and the cooldown are not refunded, you need to wait until the remaining cooldown to come down.
Eternal Chain: Enables weapon outside revolver to proc chain action.
