In woe, there is this RK with reflect magic gear and i die instantly from my own spell. I've seen alot of WLs survive from their own spells from the same RK, so im wondering how these WL can tank 300k (180k in woe) chain lightnings without dropping instantly, assuming they run survivor set. The only reduction i know off that works is energy coat.

Simply!if you use chain lightning, then use wind armor. Use AOE magic to nulify the magic reflect.

IMO what damage does RK takes will reflect back to you. So if the RK didn’t have any wind armor on, then you’re electrocuted to the finest.

The RK runs frus card on a +11 abusive and a +11 bellum claymore when i randomly viewed him during woe. He even runs deviant vmant for even more reflect damage.

Just stone the rk and let others take care of it (gx, sura), it's woe not pvp

You just got countered hard lol. He specifically intended to kill off mages for his team on this kind of build. It’s smarter to not take the bait if you know what he used, let your friends destroy him for you since his build that lacks demi human resist.

You should also thank the guy lol. Now WOE won’t be brain dead casting as a mage, you gotta look out for that human bomb like playing fruit ninja :v kappa

they survive cuz they didn’t hit as hard, that’s it. Or somehow got lucky that they didn’t trigger the reflect on the strong hits.

300K chain lightning against an RK isn’t normal player damage, it’s on the much higher end. You dying made his weird build worth lol.

If i dont kill him, he proceeds to kill EB RGs, CI GXs, and EF/TC Suras with just a ping of his parry lol.

Dunno bout CI GX (which will likely die due to reflect) but my CRS GX rocks hard against RK's and non-DA RG's in woe (except for those geared to the teeth ofcourse since i cant even get myself decent gears and i end up dying to unknown AoE's all the time anyway)

Going solo and yolo should not be possible in current WoE. In fact since the introduction of 3rd class, yoloing has never been possible unless you and your team are doing something wrong.

Don't use your OCPs in WOE. In that way your damage isn't that high and will not kill you when it's reflected back at you.

GTB blocks damage reflected by Maya Card and similar gear, but doesn't work against Magic Mirror.
