Currently, the female mechanic is bugged.  instant cast   skill animation is fixed higher for female mechs vs males..  Theres a thread i started about it in the technical area.

 

Guess is time to change your female mecha build ? (i think you can still reset once from Mesmerist) just make sure you dont mess up this time ....

again, its a diferent case, devil hand and valk drop initialy reduces 100% of fix cast time of one specific skill whitout asking for anything else, and cause theres no way this can be done on iRO they put the effect to be 50% of fix cast time to every skill, and every class can use and abuse this.

while eye of illusion ask for a specific skill lv to remove 70% of fix cast time, will only work on genetic and even if the effect is only to madragora howl, but is working to every genetic skill, the only skill that this effect will change is Acid Bomb and genetic can get Acid Bomb intant cast whitout it.

 

 

and I'm sure no genetic will trade the seraphim coronet for that item.

My issue is that the Sakray description I've seen for a couple weeks doesn't match what PlayRagnarok.com has. One of them has to be correct, I just want to know which one is the intended permanent effect for us.

 

Naw, I'm certainly interested in trying it out. I have Genes that don't have 120 DEX (and some without 120 INT for that matter) and never RNG'd my way to ME5 on my OMWs. Options are nice, this could be an interesting option for me. If this new description ends up being permanent, that is.

Sakray description never is updated after it is 1st implemented. It's just unnecessary work.

Description in Sakray says Mandragora Howl, but its working as all skill FCT.

They're going to keep quite about this til people finished spending on the items then nerf/fix it later.

2 years went hiatus.. coming to iRO hoping they will be more care for players after many players are leaving... i guess im hoping too much... should we need to ask  changing spotlight every maintenance?? after the whole 2 months and they still copy paste the same spotlight change from 2 months ago... its like monthly task, same with kafra boxes but u dont care since it wont benefiting directly.

Updated the notes regarding show items. The intention is to change the way that they are obtainable. As we just received the event assets this morning the new method of obtaining will be going in next week.

Players may still have the opportunity to buy shadow items using cash shop currency but we are envisioning the primary source will be through participation in game play and seasonal events.

I want everyone to note that the Eyes of Illusion Effects are as follows.

A creepy blindfold drawn over the eyes gives a slightly uneasy feeling.

Class: Headgear

Position: Middle

Defense: 2

Weight: 50

Requires Level: 100

MHP + 10% , MSP + 10%

Reduces damage taken from enemy players by 5%.

Grants immunity to being blinded.

If user learned Hallucination Drug level 5, enables to use Dispel level 5.

If user learned Mandragora Howl level 5, reduces fixed casting time of Mandragora Howl by 70%.
