if you mean being sent through the error page when trying to power up, then try using a different platform to charge. Although to be honest, it's getting tedious as now both my desktop and laptop is bugged like this so i now have to charge using my phone.

coming to end of event and no one GM come here to say ANYTHING...
incredible how warp can be worse than LUG... we all will lose the recharge event with no answers

3 days and we still can't perform a single recharge. The ticket system is showing the "Ooops. Something went wrong" page, same page as the Level Up login. That's just insane! You have a business here and you are losing players and income due to a lack of responsibility. No one is checking how the charging system is performing? No graphic showing zero charges from Brazil? What an amateur work.

This has been ongoing and, as I've mentioned in a previous post, the only fix that works for me is using another device. However, at this point, I am forced to charge using my WORK COMPUTER because my desktop, laptop, phone, and tablet are now getting the same error. Oh by the way, before anyone says Why dont you submit this to support.. Well I wanted to but it's crap also.

Note: No I'm not banned as I was able to charge using my work PC just a couple hours ago.
