I'm going to start posting my bug and player reports to the forum since it seems getting a functional support system is out of the question. Honestly probably won't make much of a difference since there is no staff who visit the forums either except for the 5 seconds it takes to post a Kafra sale...I mean patch notes.

Bug reports can be posted HERE , as always. Player reports can be sent to me directly, but unless you provide evidence (screenshot, videos, etc.) our ability to act on your claims is limited. Please be sure to abide by forum rules regarding publicly posting reports of players.
We apologize for the delay in ironing out the issues with the support system. I should have a post up soon with a workaround.
