Hi I met someone on ro today who hasn't played in 3 or so years and they couldn't get on their old account with their merchant. She created a warpportal account and registered one of her old accounts to it but her other account is having problems. She tried to recover the password for it (Because of that forced password change) and it said her birthday was wrong. What should she do about this? Just send in a ticket and wait 8 years in hopes of a reply? Thanks for your help.

GMs are the only ones who can help in this case and support tickets are the only way to have direct contact with them. Sorry.

Yeah thanks for the help we already sent in a ticket like immediately after this post. As you can understand it is quite irritating to come back a few years later and find out your accounts password is different without receiving a notification of it. Hopefully she gets her account.This is the only option. It's only 3-5 days now, according to recent GM posts.
