I don't know if this is the right forum for but, since warp portal is endorsing this mobile game in facebook, would like to know if there's gonna be IP block for the regions outside the SEA region? I have friends who can lend me a valid philippine numbers to pre-register and Im just wondering if you can play it outside the SEA area as long as you got a registered account working cp number from the Philippines. I hope someone from warp portal can clarify this issue.  Currently I'm in Guam
