I know you guys got to fix things and reset/reload the server sometimes in order to do so, but can you please do say so with a bigger time space or lock instance entrance during that time? Saw a good ammount of people losing instance cooldowns because of the reset out of nowhere(wasn't said it would happen at least in 40 minutes space nor instances were locked so...) please warp just be a bit thoughtfull on a game that relies on daily cooldowns...
