Hi as for devil’s hand and valk drop. They both will lost the 50% fixed cast time all skill and restore to original effect of skill targeted fixed reduction.
Please clarify will the restore effect if 100% skill targeted fixed reduction (which is the original jro effect) or only 50%

Dude the corrected effect takes effect on oct 10 how the heck can you check it?
Right now it’s 50% reduction on all skill on oct 10 or somewhere around according to the forum it should be reverted back to skill targeted reduction my question was will it be 50% skill reduction or 100% which is jro description.

The hand still be the best def pierce alternative to have since pretty early levels for non-mecha class.

 

20% ASPD boost, Uninterruptible Cast & 100% def bypass to everything.

 

The valk drop still become the most precious accessory for ME AB even without the fixed cast cut.
