Does it stop at 0.00% resistance? or does it become negative resistance value?

If my assumption is corrrect, when they updated the database to prevent movement speed values from going into the negative due to over application of movement speed debuffs, they made it so no stat can go below 0%.
If they didn't, well then you get a nice little amplification to your damage.
Perhaps you should test it. It's not like Genesis is going to tell you himself on here.
