this rant makes me appreciate how much rng luck my mech has with the pront shadow npc. i think she's in love with him because, using enriched, out of multiple 20/30/40 gear batches i only ever break like 1-4 shadow gears in any batch during the event, and this is always consistent for that particular mech.

i boxed out 3 & a half lib(3)/safe(4) sets and they all went to 7 right before shadow quest came in. took a loss, but at the same time not really because one of those sets got traded as a +7 set, along with 2 gs cards, for a +9 abyss dress. look at abyss dress price.. still holding... and +7 sets already at 1b per piece. roughly 2.5b for +9 abyss dress lmao.

it's ok. more often than not.. with the way people play this game, sometimes the quicker sale paves the way for needed things at a faster rate and sets the future course differently if said item is acquired earlier. i've got my personal set and i'm more than content w/ that. having extras, i can be somewhat generous in my dealings. but then again, i always tried to be more fair since i've run into so many hoarder types that just have no class in market dealings/communication. but that's on them, and this is on me!

People selling buyable +9 liberation shoes in ragial now, you dont need +9 safeguard shield to activate the combo, even clean shield grants extra 5% boss damage.

 

+9 safeguard shield just adds 3% damage reduction from boss monsters which is not really necessary if looking at the cost

RGN, idk whats wrong with the game, failed to +10 my Lv4 Weapon (tornado Axe), just throw 11 shots and all failed. Nice!

True Howard card price spikes from merely 700m-ish to almost 2B /pc since workcap introduced

 

so does with tornado axe clean, from merely 400m-ish to almost 800m

You do get more HP restored from higher pluses on the Malicious though, which is obviously more efficient/helpful.

• Increases additional 1% of damage inflicted upon an enemy as HP per every 5 refine level of all three items in the set.
• Obtained via Cash Shop

 

So ... +25 and +27 gives the same 5% of damage inflicted upon enemy as HP ... no? Idk lmfao

Yeah, but the goal would be to get to +30. Regardless, I'd give my nut to get any plussed Malicious set. Poverty sucks...

Yeah, for example the +20 Mali set gives +4% dmg leech to the "Enables 4% of gaining 2% damage inflicted" so that 2% dmg becomes 6%. So +25 Mali set is 7% dmg leeched back and +30 is 8%.

i feel like the only shadow pieces worth +10'ing are the elemental shadow armors (geist/basis/etc) and phys/magi sets since there's actually maximum benefit at +10. everything else is max benefits at +9 although some things like healing shadow weapon stop benefits after +7.

3 to 5 flat ATK wont make any difference. If it was 1% rather than 1 flat ATK, then it might worth going +10. No one in this game ever has too much zeny, not even myself lol, because not all my RGs get to have their own MoT, Tao, GTB, Kiels, and Megs ... so yeah but people can spend their zeny however they want
