Well, I've encountered this a few times. but don't worry folks coz it says- "logged and reported". The support page is reporting itself to the support for needing support.

I'm sorry to hear that this error is still happening. We're still currently looking into this matter. This issue is occurring sporadically to some players at certain times, however I will directly PM to those in here that have this issue. As for anyone else who is still having this particular issue, please PM me and Xanubis directly with the following details:
Exact time of issue
Date of occurrence
Time zone
Browser Type (Firefox, Chrome, etc).
Device Type (mobile, desktop, etc.)
IP address

Please switch to another web browser such as Edge or IE, if that did not help then send the ticket to WP support email by following the instructions posted here.
ive tried using IE and firefox when i try to submit it after filling thru all the form. then the error is coming. what should i do right now?

lol I've already done everything but this issue still keeps on coming. it will only get resolved by itself by clearing the support website cache/history and keep trying like after 6-12 hours or a day. no wonder I'm getting a quick response from the support team which is great.

Its not really with the browser. What I encounter is that whenever I tried to attached screenshot of the proof of my concern, it crashes. The solution is to not attach the screenshot directly in the WP support page. Attached the pictures via email confirmation from WP in your email as a reply.

You need to wait for at least one whole day once you receive that error, or connect to another IP.

I'm about to verify my item duped or not so i can refine, Enrich Hammer leave this week isn't it? I haven't try different IP. Does EU IP worked?

I goes same error doesn't not work in official support page here. Last time was 3 years ago in 2015~2017, I was using types of browser ( Firefox & Google Chrome ) still be fine able to create account information smoothly on official support page never ever getting some of the issue occurred error happen before. From now on I was back this year 2018, When I want to do ( Download new client , Create Account Information , Submit ticket ) official home/support page get occurred error ''Ooops...Error''. Hope you fix it as very soon as very possible.
Noted: I been tried to do 3 steps that's has occurred error happen before :
1) Download new client = Login every single ID being said by server '' Server still recognizes your last log-in. Please try again after a few minutes.(8) '' The download client has problem not mine problem already been try 30mins still can't login. ( Fix after I get my friend backup files save my life )
2) Create Account Information = Occurred error being said '' You are not allowed to view this content. ''
3) Submit ticket to official support page = '' Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.
Please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the Support site:https://support.warpportal.com/ ''

What if some of the new player's coming to registration in your home page to finish Download client ( When log-in Server still recognizes your last log-in. I been played a lot of games not just RO. I been played MapleStory, Cabal Online, Dota2, Trees-of-Savior and many more etc... You see MapleStory, Cabal Online and Dota2 has been 10 years they been improved the news system technology, news system home page, news system games. Why they need to improved that's much because things getting too old or something? Is it they want to pulls many new player's / old player's to came back? I think is yes right? So what I want to say '' Times doesn't wait for your future come true. '' Just get it what I said and hope you change it your world update.
