Hello, i wish to contact GM with send ticket but always cant even send ticket to the site always show something wrong and pop up and error on site. pls GM reply what should i do to recovery and get back my Account. thank you.

Switch to another web browser such as IE or Edge, if the error persists send the ticket directly to WP support using the guidelines as posted here.
