And finally break it in a rage upgrade with enrich elu. Then spent 400KP of hd for the shoes 7-9 and still fail. Is this a record? Really just pure RNG? Kidding me?

 

Ok Maybe because I am really lucky in my previous upgrades. Yesterday I upgrade 4 or 5 pieces of shadow from 7-9 all within 30 hd so I really can't believe what is going on today. Finally 1700kp is used to upgrade it from 7-9 of 1 piece of shadow gear. Would anyone please kindly enlighten me on how many expected hds consumed to upgrade shadow from 7-9 in this event?

Try opening OCP XVI & XIX for 300 boxes in total and still 0 Abyss Dress 0 Temp Ring..

Did you spam it? Usually if you notice a very bad luck or you know that you are getting frustrated, it’s besf to stop and go to other things then come back.

And yes it’s only 1k KP. That’s normal? Some pieces took over 2k KP while some pieces took exactly just 2 HD ores to +9.

Upgrade the things you don't need, it will succeed. Try on the things you need and don't sweat, NPC can smell fear. Voila! +3Shadow gear. Haha good thing got leftover enrich to make it back to +7

 

1.7KP is bad RNG, you have overtaken my terrible record of 120HD.

 

Edit: If the Eden Shadow Girl is crowded, I usually go to the unsung Shadow Girl dating Holgrehen at Prontera. Sometime it works.

i just tried refining. normally i use 9~15 HD elus to make a +7 gear to +9. 

 

i wasted 30 HD elus and my +7 liberation shoes is now +5 lmao.

spamming = only works about 15% of the time for me.

slow upgrading = works way more than fast spamming, again for me.

you gotta feel the timing; <--this is a player-only skill, can't learn it in game. it must be felt from within.

tldr; you gotta inner-guru/feng shui that shiz.
