Hello!
I need help!
Yesterday when I was logging into the "Talk Like a Pirate Day" event map, I was disconnected from the server, so I simply relogged, but the character got stuck on the "unknown map". The other characters in the account log in normally, but the Archbishop that I was playing don't log anymore, gives disconnect whenever I select it. I sent ticket and the staff don't solve, any idea of what I can do to solve?

Just follow the report template here with a reply to the thread and GMs will fix that character shortly.

As suggested by fellow azumak1, please use the linked thread to report characters stuck inside instances, a GM staff will regularly check the reports and do the necessary
