HOW ABOUT OCP FIXING NEXT WEEK ??

 

 

 

Hello everyone,
 
Something occurred today during the patch notes that I want to address with the community. We posted a pending bug fix for the Spartacus Item

• Spartacus gains "Nullify reduction in damage inflicted on enemies resulting from enemy's size."
• Spartacus loses "Increases damage versus all sizes by 100%"

This caused some issues for users as we had previously stated that the item effects were currently intended.
 
We implement OCP gears as we receive them from the studio. From time to time gears have the effects changed due to balance or other concerns. When we receive the latest effect settings we will review to make sure what we have is up to date. To be clear eventually the update will have to happen but it will happen with a proper notice period. Any nerfs planned for OCP items will occur with at least 3 months notice in patch notes and an item description update indicating the approximate date of the pending change.

 

During this period if you have refined one of these items in order to take advantage of their effects. We will be willing to transfer the refine to the same weapon level/gear slot of your choice. (Example Level 3 weapons can only be transferred to Level 3 or Below Weapons, Upper Headgear to Upper Headgear, etc) Requests must be submitted before the changes take effect. This notice will ALSO be posted on the item description.

 

Please wait until 6/8 to submit any tickets so the GMs can be notified of the process.

 
Currently there are 6 items that need their effects reviewed/adjusted in the manner.

• Spartacus (See above)
• Valkyrie Drop (Loses 50% FCT Reduction. Gains Skill Targeted FCT Reduction)
• Devil's Hand (Loses 50% FCT Reduction. Gains Skill Targeted FCT Reduction)
• Cylinder Hairband (Refine Level Required Increased to +8, was +7)
• Red Lotus Stole (Refine Level Required Increased to +10, was +7 +9)
• Phreeroni Wing (Loses + Hit, gains + Perfect Hit)

Currently the date set for these changes is: October 11th, 2018
 
Please understand that this process also includes resolving the reports of bugs and missing effects regarding many other OCP items. During the coming weeks you will be seeing many items adjusted to their net benefit of their owners, as we work with the studio to make sure we have the latest effects..

• Celine's Brooch
• Maero Mask
• Egir Ring

Further update. For users who have a Cylinder Hairband or Red Lotus Stole. Since the change on these items is a single refine level difference. Any user that currently has one of these items refined may write in to get the refine level increased by 1. Example +7 -> +8. Please note that this can only be done ONCE per item and the GMs will be recording if an item has already received its bonus refine level. So do not purchase an item expecting that it can receive a free refine as it may have already received it. Items that are restored by the GMs for any reason cannot receive a bonus level as well. Please note that ANY item that has received a free refine will not be eligible to transfer its refine level to another item.

 

The upper limit on these refine levels is +12 for either item. The GMs will not boost it beyond that point.

Enriched and Shadow Refine events will both end next week, not tomorrow.

Shadow weapons use Oridecon types to upgrade, not Elunium, did you have the right ores?
