For every 1k Item Mall points you spent during the event (Sept 14 - Oct 1), you have one chance to win the Castle Gear; if you spent 2k, then you have two chances etc. There will be 10 winners of the Castle Gear and I believe Dragonlark said the winners will be announced today.
If you are one of the winners, you will receive the CG on the account that you spent the IM points from.
