there is no such thing something affecting global cooldown. cooldown reduction is very specific on skills.

Yeah, I am surprised when I saw 'cooldown', dont think we've had any gears/items that reduce cooldown, only cast delay so far.

New Wave Sunglasses and Kiel Card etc apply to GLOBAL cooldown, this is the cooldown that applies to ALL skills after a skill has been used.

 

You then have items like Spirit King Ring etc that apply a skill specific cooldown, this is a cooldown that applies to a single skill after that skill has been used.

Cooldown are not same as delay after cast

delay after cast can reduce with kiel 

but in server i dont think cooldown stuff implement already...

as if GM say its cooldown....thats mean those stuff really first gear can reduced cooldown

if a skill's specific cooldown is reduced, the gear/card/w/e will mention the skill specifically.

it should be -10% delay after cast. ye if it's cooldown, they'll tell you what skill would that be. just like king spirit ring for DD.

It is not cooldown. The item description will be localized, eventually.

 

It should be:

Reduces the global delay of skills by 10%.

Finishing quests for 1 character will yield ~600 Medals, daily is not included. (3 characters will be 1,800 for example)

 

I got 3 of them by opening 100 boxes so I think the rate is quite high (refine is another story, lol). The holy one seems to pop out easier.

If it really was for manual casting then it would've been better if the set bonus reduced cast time instead of attack delay.

Should be better to add these autocast to the Talisman Effect, will stay the same effect of jRO while using both gears but maybe this is impossible...
