I own 1915 Kafra points in my account, but ingame it shows I have 0 KP. I am sure it is the right account becouse I bought some HD Elunium today in the same character. I would like to submit a ticket, but warportal support web page is not working.

Hello,

Are you opening the Mall Shop through key binding? If yes, open the shop directly through clicking on the icon next to the mini map. May want to relog the character just in case.

Clicking on the icon didn't work either. I was harmed by this bug. Do you know how can I contact a staff member while the tickets aren't working?

Hi Tseva. Can you try again now? Relogin and see if your KP shows up. I tried mine and I can see my KP, and can make a purchase.

Usually the first time i click on the cash shop icon it never works

i need to relog once for the cash shop icon to work.

Then i need to relog one more time for the Kafra points to show up.

You can also try switching characters until the KP shows up. A few extra steps but it should work.
