I tried Brooch of hero and hero judgementshawl combo.
but its not working.
Still Lex Aeterna is autocasted and
Judex damage is not boosted as intended.

It is being experimented, a fix may go live during release of Illusion of Vampire. Otherwise, there is no fixed ETA as of this moment.

I will ask you that to test the item's function after next weekly maintenance, the staff has prepared a hot fix, hopefully it works.

So going over jRO description again, I see no mention of Lex Aeterna [レックスエーテルナ] in the set effect.

[勇者のジャッジメントローブ]と共に装備時、追加で 物理攻撃命中時、自分にオートスペル[キリエエレイソン]が発動しない

With that in mind, the item description will become:

Disables the following effects of Hero Judgement Shawl [1], chance of casting Level 10 Kyrie Eleison and Level 1 Lex Aterna.

Increases the damage of Sky Blow by 5% per upgrade level of the armor.

However, if it's auto casting KE 10 as a set then that would be a problem. Will discuss this further with the staff later in the day.
 
Update:
After consulting jRO effects, it was intended the set effect is not supposed to cancel the auto cast of Lex Aeterna. Therefore, the item description will be adjusted accordingly.

I was kinda excited earlier when I noticed that the item description was updated in-game but I still don't feel any effect update.

Can you confirm whether the fix on this item are both description and effect fixes or is the effect fix still pending?

The "Luk" portion was there from the beginning in script, but not included in the text side of the item. This was corrected by updating the text.

I see. That's a shame then. The proc rate of the item is disappointing and I was expecting more of an improvement to be honest.
