Unable to login after GM assistance.

I sent a support ticket in to get a +7 Cylinder Hairband that I purchased off a vendor in Prontera upgraded to +8. The GM that assisted me stated that they would have to do an investigation to see if the item that I purchased from that player was legitimate or not before they can proceed with the upgrade. I received an update around 4:15AM stating that they had to remove the item and return my Zeny. But now whenever I log into the account, it says that my password is incorrect, when I know for a fact that it is not. If my WP account had gotten hacked, then the other accounts should have been affected too. But I was still logged in perfectly fine on my other accounts (None of my items were lost either). When someone logs into your account, a message stating that someone logged in would appear and disconnect you(I was vending all night). But when I returned, I was already at the login screen. Did the GM change my password to prevent me from logging in while they worked on the account? I replied back already but nothing has changed yet. On top of that the support website is down again. I can't do much in game in this status as all my Zeny is on that account. Did the GM change my password and forgot to change it back to what it was?

The GM staff is known to change the password to prevent you from logging in while they do their work. They usually won't reset it back to the original. You need to do that yourself by logging into your a/c at https://www.warpport...ount/login.aspx and resetting the password to whatever you wish it to be.

Login>Account Information>Click on Edit beside the game a/c to change it. Enter what your last known password was and then the new one.
