Actually all of it does increase enchant blade buff. However, only the extra from INT stays after if the gear is removed after enchant blade is cast. Whether it's worth to use MAtk or MATK% is another question though.
Enchant blade generally gives force neutral magic atk thats at most 2-3K and not improved by your crit mod gears and physical damage mods. It makes it really bad and hard to justify putting resources to increase its damage.

Means to say the bonus MATK from Flattery Robe, Mob Scarf Set doesnt increase Enchant Blade buff but instead though base INT stats?

int calculated when casting Enchant Blade, matk from current equipped gear and yea only base crit dmg +40% not effected by crit mod.
im not sure about the exact formula, people used to trigger Runaway Magic then use enchant blade for +200 int.

It does, this is the reason I use a STR6 Flattery instead of Abusive. I have both but Flattery provides for more damage with 126luk PDM.

Thanks for the thoughts! I've been using Flattery STR5 myself as well for the past week. I just want to confirm if there is a noticeable increase. Thanks again.

noticeable, damage wise, in a high end setup? no. Noticeable using the buff with or without it, for the sake of comparing numbers, yes
