Guys, my account is inactive since 2013 until recently I plan to play again

When i trying to log in it showing a message that 'You are prohibited to log in until 2020-12-31 00:00'

 

Any one know how can I retrieve back my account? I try to access warp portal support page but it is not working at all, it only showing under maintenance.

 

I am not sure is this the correct source to seek for assistance, please give some suggestions.

Please switch to another web browser, suggested: IE, Edge or Firefox. If the issue persists contact WP GM staff by sending a ticket to support email. Instructions on how to do so is found here:

It has generated ticket for me

Great! Hopefully the GM team attend your case at the earliest Notifications will be sent to the entered email once an update is available.
