It says craft talent +15%
What is craft talent? Does it mean better sub stat or does it mean the success rate will increase? I am asking because currently I have two crafters one a SEN Crafter for Armor,reinforcement and Accesories. And a CON crafter for cutting Gem!
If this will increase success rate I will definitely put this on my CON Gemming crafter.

Hands of a Crafter skill applies +15% overall crafting success. Increasing sen will increase your chance of crafting better substats.
