How come a samurai can't wield a sword? I understand that daggers were to be used at first because items were still not developed for these jobs, but it's been so long since the release of these jobs. Any plans in making class specific one handed sword for them in the future?

Even merchants can wield swords, how come my kagerou can't? Can't really role play as samurai using a GX

honestly they're using ninjato, ninja sword that's halfway between a sword and a dagger. 

 

But we know kRO doesnt like ninja so no such swords here- they are all considered daggers. jRO physical ninjas are damn OP though.

Maybe, but can't really feel being a samurai while using a GX

but you can be roronoa zoro as an assassin dual sword wielding just edit another sword in the mouth of it maybe pirate dagger.. and equip a yellow bandanda or star bandled bandana.and robo eye. there you go..it goes for normal asassin boy only.

GX got soul destroyer that one typical move of samurai in anime and weapon blocking,weapon crush you can RP just fine treat it as dual wield samurai or even tri wield like that one guy said

Still not budging on my standpoint that kage/obo should have their own sword/ninjato
