Hello everyone,

 

I am an old player of Dragonica (when the level cap was 60 if I remember correctly) and I restarted Dragon Saga on Steam on september 3rd 2016, then I stopped playing the game after the getting past lvl 20 that day. Since then I have played a couple of times (currently lvl34). A few days ago, I felt like playing again and I opened the game and a co-worker like what she saw and decided that she would like to play too. So here am I with a few questions:

 

- We live in a UTC+1 time zone (so currently 5:22 AM here). At wich time do the server reset daily? (I would like her to pass the first job the same day she starts playing so she could get the special medal you get when you do not die before getting to 1rst job advancement the day you start. (sorry i forgot the name)

 

- When I logged in to ask the previous question, I noticed that my nickname is some sort of numbers and also that my gender is "female" but when I tried to changed those two informations, I was unable to do so. My normal nickname is LordMystirio (Lord Mystirio) and my gender is "male". I have no idea how those two things got wrong and I can't say for sure what happened since I don't even remember much about my time playing this game on steam. How can I correct those informations please?

French? Is not that the Europe?

Europe has already banned since GDPR.

No Bénin (West Africa) , it's a former french colony. Too bad I did not know that they were banned; so is there no way for me to change it or does it means I have to recreate a new account? In the case I create a new account, can I still link it to my current game session on steam?

 

Also do you have any information please about the server time?

You can send ticket to support team maybe.

Or recreate a new account which is not connect to your hometown, seem like they can try to use VPN to avoid ban. <.< Ok, I dont know. :P

Server time is PDT, which is EDT-3 haha. :)

Dont really know about steam version between official version, sorry. :(

Update: 

 

Hi again,

 

Since that time @OOpp adviced me (3 days ago) to contact the support, I have been trying but I keep getting this message:

 

Ooops. Something went wrong. This has been logged and reported.
Please try again later, or submit a ticket detailing the error you are encountering at the Support site:
https://support.warpportal.com/

 

The only link that gives me  that error message is the "support" link. ANY other link from Warpportal works just fine.

 

Any idea what's the matter?

 

P.S: I'm using Opera on windows 10 (I don't know if it's relevant).
