Where can we discuss and report ingame scams?

 

I am making this topic because my new in game friend just got scammed by another player, I know we can't just outright post names or screenshots here but I would like to get some feedback on how can we at least minimize this activity.

 

Its the usual Trade exchange scam my friend is new to this game and he did not realize that people will be so cheap to scam people in game for zuilees.

 

Any moderator or GM who would PM me or post here will be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your friend's problem.  Gifting Item Mall items for zulie or real money is not allowed and that's stated here at the forum in the rules of conduct and in this topic.  It's also in the ROSE Online Knowledge Base.  I realize that players do engage in transactions of this type in the game, but they do so at their own risk.

 

I can't guarantee that your friend will get his zulie back, but he should make a ticket and report the person who scammed him.   Ill mannered activity like scamming is not allowed and support does investigate all reports of scamming.

how about being trapped by a duper but at first we didn't know that. and when after making a trade item on a duper that we do not know about, we will be banned the next day. and when sending a ticket, we are related to the duper when making a trade .. I want to question here, here you tell us to send a ticket if there is a problem. and when getting a reply from the ticket instead of solving the problem. my response is very disappointed when we are accused of doing or having a relationship with the duper. even though we have told you honestly, and you have a history of that. but you still decide the punishment that is worth the amount that duper receives, even though we are victims. here there is injustice, where you have a history and I have reasonable evidence, but the results received are very painful. it's better to create a topic in the forum than to send a ticket, so everyone knows about this problem. I keep discussing this issue because of the injustice that is received. if you have a heart, surely you will decide the right thing to the victim, not give the same punishment to the suspect
