item disappear after I disconnect from the game ... happen two times

 

what happen???Who should I contact.?Not sure if i drop it or what...

same thing happened to me.. cant contact anybody.. send ticket but no response yet.. so im not the only one. mine for sure wont drop.. item inventory drop is lock always..
