Because that dungeon is little bit hard for random group..
And why no one queing AA and CD..
Because the group crash never fixed

Ah yeah I remember Sea of dawn being a bit longer to finish and needs more communication and team work I remember we usually do it with clan people or allies. And even then it still a bit difficult hmmn maybe I can ask some people to do it with me, more Spider munching for the meantime I guess
