I read about Refinement rate is below:

　Lv0 to 1 : 100%

　Lv1 to 2 : 90%

　Lv2 to 3 : 80%

　Lv3 to 4 : 70%

　Lv4 to 5 : 60%

　Lv5 to 6 : 50%

　Lv6 to 7 : 40%

　Lv7 to 8 : 30%

　Lv8 to 9 : 20%

　Lv9 to10 : 10%

　Lv10 to 20 : 50%

 

And as you know, Blessing powder increases +50% of refinement rate.

 

If so, here's my question.

 

When I refine +9 item to +10 item with blessing powder, how success rate is?

(I failed 13 times continuously and failed again at +10 and back to +9 again and again...)

 

How about +19 item to +20 item with same condition?

All bonuses that apply to refining are first added together, and then multiplied by the base success rate.

 

As an example, if you are refining a +8 item to +9 with Gold Refine and Lucky Powder you will have:

• 3% chance of gaining +1
• 14% chance of gaining +2
• 3% chance of gaining +3
• 80% chance of failing (exact chance of maintaining the refinement level in case of a failure is unknown, but Gold Refine adds 30% to that chance)

If you are refining a +12 item to +13 with Gold Refine and Blessing Powder you will have:

• 56.25% chance of gaining +1
• 15% chance of gaining +2
• 3.75% chance of gaining +3
• 25% chance of failing

If you are refining a +7 item to +8 with Infinium and Gold Refine without Blessing or Lucky Powder you will have:

• 22.5% chance of gaining +1
• 6% chance of gaining +2
• 1.5% chance of gaining +3
• 70% chance of failing

In most, but not all circumstances, Infinium + Blessing powder will have the most favorable results since it will increase your base chance of success and prevent a total failure, refine reduction, or reduction back to +10 during the refining process.

 

One of the few exceptions to this is the +8 to +9 upgrade. Since +9 to +10 has the lowest chance of success out of all refine levels, it can be beneficial to use a Lucky Powder at +8 in order to try and "skip over" the difficult refine of +9 and jump directly to +10.

Thank you for answering me, but I already read that and cannot figure out exactly how it works.

 

When I refine +4 to +5, the base  success rate is 60%.

 

If I use blessing powser, is success rate 60% + 60% * 0.5 = 90%? (base success rate + base success rate * bonus rate of blessing powder)

 

If so, when I refine +9 to +10, refinement success rate is 15%, right?

 

I want to ensure about this and that Gold Refine service doesn't increase total success rate.
