I'm kinda confused. The irowiki says increased "to" 6%. http://db.irowiki.or...item-info/4315/

In the RMS it says increased "to" 9%. [Removed]

 

RMS is not official but I can at least see the code but irowiki doesn't.. maybe it's just a wrong translation?

 

So is the irowiki supposed to be increased "by" and not "to"?

 

Which one should I believe?

RSM doesnt show anything official, it is just their own setup. (which they tried to copy from the original, on unknow values they would throw a guess)

if the chance is raised to 6% thats stupid, the cards that offer a flat 6% without any requirement are way better and usually go in the same slot... should be changed to 9% as in kRO

wow so the 77 stats ones are almost useless then.. better take the pure 6%..

not almost, they are completly useless as the give the same % but you have to invest in a stat
