Alright, here you go, it will do 100% what is written to do there. Now, if server mechanics make anythign different or useless, don't complain.
therein lies the problem; when people asked for items to be the same, surely they meant their functionality, but WP took it in a shallow way;
when people have problems with software, do they specifically ask about program codes? in most cases not, but surely they want it to function properly as described;
so apparently Warpportal had enough of the complaints and decided to just take the scripts as is, without consideration for how the items would work differently from what they were actually designed to - which is quite a contradictory response to what the community actually wanted;
@general:
the original item descriptions are very clear; the scripts however, are usually buried in obscurity unless brought up for examination; codes dictate functionality, but these are still two different things;
IF Warpportal intends to faithfully adapt the items based on function, they can easily modify the scripts as needed - yes, there are cases when the scripts HAVE to be customized in order for the items to work as described;
(apologies to the players here if this is too reiterative; you can always ignore this at your pleasure; it's just crucial for Warpportal to understand the idea, which, based on Camp's replies so far, hasn't gotten to that point yet - hence i'm trying; and also excuse me if these seem too long - but really, the points stated here are well within reason;)
note: jRO DH description states "cast time" regarding zen - it does not need to specify "fixed cast time", since there is none for zen over there; the scripts would have to be modified for iRO (if Warpportal decides to), as DH is in fact designed to halve zen cast time; if they decide to arbitrarily ignore that effect, then THAT is another kind of "customization" in the sense that they are diverting away from the original; surely there are tons of other items with similar cases;
of course, the decision on this matter is completely up to Warpportal; i am simply giving them crucial information and context so they can properly think about it and, ideally, so that they can give a proper statement on how they are going to handle it;

but few people like u, cry about devil hand update because this update affect for u (greedy)
if u really want GM modified devil hand again, then other OCP need to stay like before too, incude Enforce Shoes by pass def(not fixed yet)

Do not compare Devils Hand to other ocp item. Devil Hand gives 50% reduced FCT. When it was introduced to the game, many players wanted that because of the 100% bypass and 50% reduction FCT. And the rarerity of that item is different to the item you are referring to. /e10

They always buffed and make sura's skill bugged so that they can be OP as F..
While those items that can negate or reduce some damage of Sura's GOH like Gamblers Seal will most likely be forgotten and will not care because it can or may seem to affect their OP Sura's..

zen has no VCT here in iRO;
ideally EVERYTHING will be treated equally and fixed; DH is a prime example to demonstrate the issue; if every single item is listed, it will make posts longer;

well, that compromise seemed like it was designed so more players would try to hastily acquire the item, regardless of class, and then later...
this is what happens when WP, or Gravity, or whoever makes these decisions, jump the gun on bringing these items to iRO; surely many people were sensible enough to have acknowledged problems way before and probably tried to stop making them worse, at various levels of persistency, but they probably got pushed aside, or had some crude compromises slammed on them since "$$$ first, game balance later (or never)" and/or there was lack of total comprehension;
people may say it's too late; but now that they are actually changing items, they could also be cleaning up this mess completely in order to be truly consistent and show that they are responsible professionals;

Delay can't be reduced to a specific skill, only globaly. What do you do, give them -100% delay reduction to "match the item purpose"?

Not quite true. There was an attempt before hand but that was a deprecated file that did nothing. It was after they were implemented that puzzle was solved.

Alright, i still rather have the items indefinitely postponed (like baby dragon hat) than bad decisions like that to be made :T
